River East Collegiate Grade 11 students, Lena and McKila, designed and created the artwork on the new RETSD Flag Stand that will be used during tomorrow's divisional Powwow taking place at Collège Miles Macdonell Collegiate, 757 Roch St. from 4-8 p.m. The flag stand was built by Transcona Collegiate woodworking students.
