Four RETSD students who earned gold medals at the Skills Manitoba Competition in April attended the Skills Canada National Competition, held May 25 and 26 at the RBC Convention Centre. Three of our students brought home medals! Congratulations to Simar Ubhi from Kildonan-East Collegiate who won a gold medal in Web Technologies; Natalia Peireira from Kildonan-East Collegiate who won a bronze medal in Photography; and Connor Cornejo from Murdoch MacKay Collegiate who won a bronze medal in Auto Service. As well, McKenna Dahmer from Kildonan-East Collegiate competed in Baking. This was a lot of hard work for all the students and staff involved—well done! And thank you for providing photos of some of the activities taking place at the event. #CreatingStudentSuccess
