PARENTS & COMMUNITY

Parental and community involvement in our school is important to us.

We encourage parents to become involved in our parent advisory council. It's an excellent way to stay in touch with what is happening in your child's school and to have a voice concerning such things as cultural and extracurricular activities, behaviour management, school budgets and plans, and fundraising activities.

Parent and non-parent volunteers can also be important helpers in classrooms or assisting with special events or projects, or coaching. If you're interested in volunteering at our school, please contact us.

Our PAC at the next meeting Tuesday, May 21st, 2024 @ 6:30pm

Our meetings take place once a month usually the 3rd Tuesday of the month for an hour and continue to be virtual at this time.

All parents welcome!

We will be using an online platform (Microsoft Teams), and if you are interested in joining us, please contact our President Shane Weston by e-mail so they can add you to join the Virtual meeting.

BE IN THE KNOW!!!!

PAC meetings are more of information sessions while giving a voice to the decisions made in and for our children’s school.  Student Leadership groups take the place of most volunteering in the school.  There is little to no commitment in attending meetings. It is a night away from the kids for the kids.  It is a great way to be informed of the upcoming events in more detail, in addition you assist in the delegation of the fundraising money.

Show up and have a voice.
