Westview Registration Forms

Registrations for the 2026-2027 school year may be submitted as of Monday, March 2, 2026; forms may be printed from the attached PDF file or can be picked up from the school office.  To apply, the child's legal guardian MUST live in Westview's catchment area.  To check the catchment school for your address, please use RETSD's School Locator: School Locator - A Baragar Systems Product 

In order to register your child for 2026-2027 Kindergarten, they must have been born in 2021.

Along with the completed registration form, a legal guardian MUST supply the following original pieces of ID:

• 2 pieces of ID proving your address; MUST be two of: 
  • Offer to Purchase or rental agreement (full document with all signatures included)
  • Manitoba Driver’s License or Manitoba Identification Card
  • Manitoba Medical card (**paper version only)
  • utility bill(s) showing guardian name and address (Manitoba Hydro or Winnipeg Water)
• 1 piece of ID proving your child’s birth date; MUST be one of: 
  • Birth Certificate
  • Manitoba Medical card
  • Passport
  • Baptism Certificate
  • Treaty Card
  • Certificate of Birth Registration signed by Director of Vital Statistics

Please advise the school office if your family has lived in Canada less than two years, if your child speaks a primary language other than English, or if your child has any medical conditions as these require additional paperwork to the registration package.
