River East Transcona School Division Land Statement Read MoreThis PAC meeting will take place in person in our school library.
A large portion of this meeting will focus on fundraising planning for next year, including the possibility of hosting another craft sale. As you may know, our PAC organized a very successful craft sale this past October, raising a significant amount of funds to support our students and school initiatives. At this time, we are unsure if we have enough parent support to run a similar event next fall, and we would love to hear from families who may be interested in helping make this happen. Many hands always make light work!
We are also always looking to welcome new members to our PAC. Being part of PAC is a great way to:
• Have a voice in school initiatives
• Support enriching opportunities for students
• Connect with other families in our school community
• Contribute in ways that fit your availability and interests
Whether you can help with a specific event like the craft sale or are interested in being a general member, your involvement makes a meaningful difference.
We hope to see you at this meeting.
The River East Transcona School Division Career Fair is just around the corner. With 76 vendors already confirmed, this will be a great opportunity for students, their families, and the public to look at post-secondary options and explore a number of employment opportunities.
Date: Thursday, April 23, 2026
Time: 4:30 PM – 8:30 PM
Location: Murdoch MacKay Collegiate, 260 Redonda St.
*If your organization would like to be a vendor at the fair, please contact Cat Westlake at cwestlake@retsd.mb.ca.
