Green Team

The green team is an extracurricular group that is open to all Grade 3 students who wish to participate. The team is responsible for assisting in the collection of recyclable materials, once per week, throughout the school. During the month of April each year, the team focuses in bringing waste less lunches to the attention of the entire school through a variety of activities including graphing of waste less lunches and presentations to the school during assemblies. Different environmental topics are focused on from year to year with the goal of bringing Environmental concerns to the attention of the entire student body. The green team is under the supervision of Shelley Wilson.
