École Birds Hill Parent Advisory Council (PAC)

We’re always looking for new members to join our PAC!

💡 What We Do

• Help plan and/or fund school events such as hot lunches, holiday celebrations, and the Grade 5 Farewell
• Host staff appreciation events
• Support the purchase of classroom equipment and resources
• Lead playground improvement projects
• Stay informed through the Principal’s Report shared by Mme. Cockriell

🤝 Can’t Attend Meetings But Still Want to Help? You can still get involved!

• Join one of our subcommittees, including the Lunch Program or Playground Committee
• Volunteer for school activities or fundraisers throughout the year

🍂 Fall Fundraising Campaign

The ÉBHS PAC is excited to kick off our Fall Fundraising!
All proceeds stay within our school to support classroom resources, staff appreciation, and our playground renewal project—creating a safe, modern, and fun space for our students to play and learn.

Fundraising information has been sent home in your child’s backpack. Extra copies are available in the office if needed.

Families can support in two ways:

1. Opt-Out Donation
 Prefer to skip product sales? Make a direct donation to the school (suggested $100, but any amount is appreciated).

• Donations of $25 or more qualify for a charitable tax receipt.
• Forms and cheques (payable to RETSD) are due by Thursday, October 30, 2025.

2. Product Fundraisers
 Choose from these great options—perfect for gifts or for yourself!

• Bothwell Cheese
• Harrison’s Coffee
• Big Box Greeting Cards
• Mabel’s Labels (available all year round)

Important Dates:

• All completed forms due: Thursday, October 30 at 9:30 a.m.
• Product pick-up at school: Monday, November 17 from 3:30–6:30 p.m.
  (We’ll send a reminder text the day before!)

Payment Options:

• Cheque (preferred) or cash
