Community Education Forum

The Board of Trustees at River East Transcona School Division value and welcome the opinions of the community. On November 18 students, parents, community members, and staff came together for a community forum at Bernie Wolfe School to share their thoughts on student success in our division. The forum included breakout sessions where attendees were able to discuss their views on student success in smaller groups, as well as a community panel consisting of a current student, a parent, a principal, a former student, and a local business leader.

The information shared at the forum will be compiled into a document and reviewed by the Board of Trustees and shared with the community.
