​On April 29th, staff at John W Gunn delivered food hampers to families in the community. A huge thank you goes out to the following companies for their support:

• Breakfast Club of Canada for providing funding for this initiative
• Bird's Hill Sobey's for special ordering groceries and making pick-up of them such a breeze
• French Way Café off Corydon Ave for donating loaves of homemade bread (delicious, vegan and no added preservatives bread!)

Staff at John Gunn plan to put together a second round of food hampers mid-May. If you or someone in the community would benefit from a hamper, please reach out to a teacher at John Gunn. You will then receive a call with more information about the next delivery date.
