John W. Gunn School Community Council
John W. Gunn School Community Council functions as an advisory group to the school administration on matters of policy, issues activities and safety for students grades six through eight. Meetings are the third Wednesday of every month from September to June. Our membership is open to all parents/guardians of students enrolled in John W. Gunn Middle School. John W. Gunn Music Parents Association is a group of parent/guardians that meet once a month to support the Band Program. This group meets the first Wednesday of each month from October to June.The Music Parents Associations also acts as a volunteer base for concerts, performances, festivals and band trips. Fundraising is organized by this group to cover the costs of clinicians, workshops equipment and trips.
