Report cards will be available to view on the Parent Portal on Tuesday, June 30th. We strongly encourage all RETSD Parent Portal users to save a copy of your child's report card to your home computer or device (or print out a hard copy). This ensures you'll always have a copy of your child's report cards, even if you no longer have access to the Parent Portal—if you move outside the division or your child graduates.
Attached are the most current portal user guides for parents for both the Web version & Mobile version.
Please keep a few things in mind:
- The mobile app needs to be used on mobile phones/tablets. Mobile browsers will not work correctly.
- If you are unable to log into the portal, it is most likely because you have forgotten your password. Please click on the "Forgot your login information" link to reset your password. You will receive an email with a link to perform this task.
- If you don't receive the reset password email please ensure that you are using the email address that was provided to the school and please check you Junk mail folder to make sure that the email didn't end up there.
- We have moved to a new password criteria, in which the password must include: at least 14 characters, at least one upper case character, at least one lower case character, and a special character like punctuation or symbol.
