  • Account Log-in Locked?
    As a security feature, accounts are locked for 10 minutes after 3 unsuccessful login attempts. If you are locked out, please retry after 10 minutes. If this continues to be a challenge, please reset your password.
  • I have more than one student, how do I view the other students?
    To view other students, click on the student name, and a drop-down menu of all your students will appear, select the student you want to view. For web users, see section D in the Parent Portal User Guide - Web. For mobile users, see section D in the Parent Portal User Guide - Mobile. Links to these guides are listed on the right side of this web page. Note: You will need a PDF viewer to view the guide.
  • How do I access the report card?
    Report cards are available in the Student Portfolio area. For web users, see section E in the Parent Portal User Guide - Web.
