School Locator is a web-based guide that allows you to type in your home address and instantly be provided with your child's designated school in your area. Please check with School Locator before downloading and filling out registration forms below.

In-division out of designated school boundary application

Download, print and complete a registration form for your area/designated school (be sure to complete both pages). If you are unsure of your designated school ,call the River East Transcona School Division Administration Offices at 667-7130 or check the School Locator (above).

Return the completed forms to your designated school. Please check with individual schools for their registration process.

Select school from pull-down menu. A PDF file will either be downloaded to your computer or open within your browser depending on how you have configured your browser settings. These pages are set up for legal size paper, if you will be using letter size, please make sure you have " shrink to fit " selected in your print options.

Universal student accident insurance (premiums covered by school division)

Voluntary student accident insurance (endorsed by the Manitoba Association of School Trustees)

Please download, print and complete the appropriate registration form for school bus transportation.

• Choose Form A for regular transportation requests.
• Choose Form B for fee-for-service transportation requests.

See policy EEA-R in the policy manual for an explanation of application procedures.
Return completed form A to your school principal.
Return completed form B to the transportation office.

Please download, print and complete the permit request form for use of school facilities.

Once the form is completed, please return it to the Maintenance Department. Be sure to include the required $50 processing fee. The permit request will not be processed until the fee is received.
