Requests for course changes may be made in person from August 29 th to August 31 st , the week prior to the beginning of classes. Course Change Request forms and TA-specific drop-off boxes will be available in the Student Services office. The forms are also available on the MMC Website under "Helpful Links". If accessing the website to print the course change form, changes can be made on the form along with parent/guardian’s signature, and the form must be brought to the school in person. Emailed forms will not be accepted.
